Which version should I choose — Comfort, Dual-Use, or Enhanced?

The Comfort version is the softest and works well for everyday pain management and sleeping. The Dual-Use adds a removable plastic plate for more structure during active periods and reverts to soft wear when you remove it. The Enhanced uses double foam and is best for acute pain or when you need firm cervical support throughout the day — it's the most supportive of the three.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your neck circumference with a tape measure. S is 27–29cm, M is 29–35cm, L is 35–42cm, and XL is 42–48cm. If you're between sizes, go up — the velcro lets you tighten it down.

Will I actually be able to sleep in this?

Most people adjust within one or two nights. The V-shape removes the pressure point under the chin that makes other braces feel restrictive in bed, and the foam softens further with body heat. By the end of the first week, most wearers stop noticing it.

How tight should I fasten it?

Snug enough that you can't freely rotate your neck, but loose enough to swallow comfortably. If you're getting pressure headaches, loosen it by one step. The velcro adjusts in seconds.
