When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 15 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We deliver all over the world, but Shipping Fees can be charged for some countries.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
So sorry! you can email us immediately within one hour after the order is placed and we will check if we can still do that for you.Once the orders are made, there is no way to pull back the parcel assigned for processing. Please note that your refund will not include any promotions or discounts applied to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.There is a 15% restocking fee to cover up the processing fee from our payment processor and Shipping Fee in non-refundable.
Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?
Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at contact@shiksto.com.
Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item to the email address: contact@shiksto.com. and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order yet. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you feel you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about your package, please contact us by email at: contact@shiksto.com.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to solve all the problems our customers encounter with their online orders. If you still wish to receive a refund of your order, we can of course cancel the payment, only if the recourse is made within 30 days of the date of your order.
